A continuing drama runs like a factory. The same crew, the same studio base, five days a week, for months at a time.
That is a different problem to a feature shoot. The menu has to stay varied over a long run, cost has to hold, and service has to land at the same time every day without exception. Abaholi runs the catering operation on that basis.
