Abaholi has held an institutional catering contract with the Department of Health at Mosveldt Hospital since June 2008. That is the longest-running engagement in the business and the clearest evidence of what the company does.
Institutional catering is a daily obligation. Meals go out on a fixed schedule, every day, to a fixed standard, with the documentation to match. There is no quiet week and no room to reschedule.
The contract covers menu planning, bulk procurement, production, service, supervision and site conduct. It has run through changes in staff, changes in requirement and a pandemic, without interruption.
