Production catering is a moving target. Call times shift, locations change and the unit still has to be fed on time, every day of the schedule.

Abaholi supplied crew catering across the production, working to the call sheet rather than to a fixed venue. That meant planning menus around long shoot days, managing dietary requirements across the unit, and setting up service wherever the day base landed.

The operational work sat with Abaholi: procurement, cold chain, transport between locations, on-site set-up and clearance. The production office dealt with one point of accountability instead of a chain of suppliers.
