Supervision is the control.
Standards do not hold themselves. Every Abaholi site runs with a supervisor whose job is the operational detail: temperatures, timing, presentation, staff conduct and the state of the site at handover.
Suppliers are managed the same way. Bulk inputs come from a known supplier base, they arrive to spec, and what arrives is checked before it goes near a service window.
Where a client carries its own health, safety and food-safety requirements, Abaholi works to those requirements and reports against them.
